The TGS network became a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact in 2017. As a TGS member firm, we are committed to the sustainable development of our activities. Our network name and mission “Think Global Sustainability” is at the heart of our daily actions.
The ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact are in line with the TGS policy of social responsibility. As a TGS member firm, we focus on quality, building trust and establishing sustainable relationships with our employees, customers and stakeholders.
In an increasingly unstable and unpredictable global environment, questions continually arise about how we work and how we measure the impact of business on our environments. TGS Bulgaria is set to ensure the promotion of lifelong learning opportunities, as well as equal access to quality education for all its employees.
Therefore, free training is offered to our entire team every year. We believe the value of our company is dependent on the personal and professional growth of our employees. The company also participates in different campaigns, donating funds to educational programs for gifted students.

We support our employees with flexible and remote working opportunities, part-time work for employees with young children, as well as medical insurance for all.
As an addition we donate funds for global health promotion and disease prevention, financing up to 5% of net profit. TGS Bulgaria also makes monthly payments in a fixed amount in favor of UNICEF.
